We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

* You(the customer) will need to pay the shipping fee back to our HONGKONG Warehouse. We recommend you send a trackable tracking number to make sure that we could track the returns
Once we receive the returns and with inspection, the items are in the original condition without any damage on purpose, we will issue you a full refund of your purchase price.

Damages and issues
We do provide a free replacement if you believe you receive an unfunctional product or with a quality defect.
For this situation, please send an email to us first and provide the information and evidence (photos, or short videos that clearly describe the problems)we need.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email us at support@jinmassager.com and return the item you have, and once the return request is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will approve your refund request once we confirm that the product is indeed unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 14 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
