How to track your orders?​

Once your order was shipped out. You will receive an email telling you that we have "Completed" processing your order.

And you will get an international shipping carrier tracking number.

Please copy that number and paste at our Order Tracking Page, then click the "Track" Button, Your order tracking information should show up immediately 

What if I ordered the wrong items or fill the wrong address?

Please contact us via our email support@lozzbands.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

We will correct the order information for you.

Otherwise, your order may have been delivered to the carrier, at this time we will not be able to cancel the order for you.

*We will not be responsible for the losses caused by the wrong address (zip code, recipient phone number, etc.).

Can I cancel the order?

Yes, you can.

But please contact us via our email support@lozzbands.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Otherwise, your order may have been delivered to the carrier, at this time we will not be able to cancel the order for you.

What about the shipping and delivery times?

After you place an order, our warehouse will process your order and ship it within 1-3 working days. This time does not include holidays.

And you will receive an email telling you that the goods have been shipped out, and there will be a tracking number on it, you can use it to track your goods on our tracking page.

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 6 to 12 business days for the United States, 10 to 16 business days for Canada, Australia, 3-7 business days to The United Kingdom; other countries can take up to 15 to 25 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped. Feel free to email us to check your order status; we're happy to help.

Due to the COVID-19 or holiday peaks, there may be some delay in the delivery date.

If you notice that there may be some issues with your tracking info, please contact our customer service via email, and we will reply to you as soon as possible.

Do you offer returns and refunds?

We do offer refunds & returns but only for unopened packages or products that were defective upon arrival.

Please provide enough evidence (photos, short videos, etc.) to us for further investigation.

Due to sanitary concerns & health/safe, if the product has been used, we can not accept a return or a refund.
